Indications for use:

Naltrexone is used to prevent the pharmacological effects of exogenous opioids and maintain a condition clear of opioids in patients with opioid dependence. The medication is prescribed only after managing withdrawal symptoms and after having conducted detoxification. Naltrexone is used in specialized drug addiction treatment facilities in 7-10 days after the last dose of an opioid drug. Subsequently, the patient should be kept under strict medical observation; it is necessary for a patient to have a positive attitude towards treatment.

 

Naltrexone is prescribed as part of a comprehensive treatment in alcohol dependence (upon consent of a patient and in combination with social and psychotherapeutic methods), including in cases of maintenance therapy at the same doses as in heroin addiction.

Presentation:

50 mg tablets. 10 tablets in blister packaging. 1, 2 or 5 blister packs with instructions for use in carton packaging.
