On May 8, 2018, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Moscow Endocrine Plant celebrated its 75th anniversary.
The history of the foundation of the Enterprise is connected with the rough period of World War II. Since 1943 employees began to produce drugs necessary for the needs of the front and rear. Subsequently at all stages of its development the Enterprise held a leading position in the supply of effective drugs which proved to be of excellent quality to the citizens of the country.
Today, the Enterprise occupies a strong position at the domestic pharmaceutical market for the production of a wide range of socially important drugs, most of which belong to the list of vital and essential drugs. The nomenclature portfolio includes more than 90 types of drugs belonging to more than 15 pharmacotherapeutic groups.
In April 2018 the Lefortovsky branch, Moscow, was established on the basis of the former FSUE GosZMP. Due to the connected areas, the diversification of production facilities of the Enterprise will be carried out and laboratories for modelling of new drugs will be organized. The issue of creation of a branch of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant in the Bryansk Region for the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients from raw materials of plant and animal origin, as well as ingredients obtained by chemical synthesis, is being solved.
The FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant provides its products to all constituent entities of the country and executive agencies.
The quality of pharmaceuticals manufactured at the Enterprise is well known to consumers, medical institutions and pharmacy networks in Russia are eager to purchase products from the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant.
The Enterprise currently employs more than 1000 persons.
The management of the Enterprise congratulates its employees and veterans on their 75th birthday, expresses sincere wishes of health and prosperity and thanks for the enormous contribution they made to the formation and continue to make to the development of production.
