The Federal State Unitary Enterprise Moscow Endocrine Plant has been reorganized through the merger of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Medical Drugs Plant and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant.
According to the order of the Federal Property Territorial Administration in Moscow city No. 1393 from 08.11.2017, the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant is the legal successor of the rights and obligations of the FSUE State Medical Drugs Plant and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant in accordance with the transfer acts, including the property, property rights and obligations of the reorganized enterprise referred to in the point 1 of this order, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on succession.
On April 23, 2018, in accordance with the Order of the Enterprise No. 222/18, the Lefortovsky branch of the Moscow State Endocrine Plant, Moscow, was established.
By the Order of the Enterprise No. 102-k from April 24 Zinoviev Valery Vladimirovich was appointed to the position of the Deputy Director General – the Director of the Lefortovsky branch, the previous two years he was the Deputy Director for Legal Affairs of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant.
Galina Nikolaevna Kolesnikova was appointed to the position of the chief accountant of the Lefortovsky branch, and since 2017 she has been the chief auditor of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant.
Utolina Svetlana Anatolyevna, who held the post of the deputy director of the FSUE GosZMP and Andrei Pavlikov, who has worked for more than 16 years as the chief engineer of the FSUE GosZMP, will continue to work in these positions at the Lefortovsky branch.
Shirokozhukhov Alexander Dmitrievich, who has previously worked in the security service of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant, was appointed to the position of the deputy director for security and regime of the Lefortovsky branch.
