The flags of the Russian Federation, of the city of Moscow and of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, also the corporate flag of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant decorated the site in front of the administrative and production complex of the Enterprise, becoming its integral element.
The flag-raising ceremony, which was attended by the executive team, employees and veterans of the Enterprise, took place on August 7.
The Enterprise, managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, continues to develop dynamically by implementing investment programs and introducing new medicines and modern technologies as a part of import substitution.
Summing up the financial and economic activities of the first half of 2015, the chief accountant of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant Yu.A. Bozhkov said that according to the main directive indicator of his work - the volume of gross sales revenue containing 81 medicines, 60 of which are included in the list of vital and essential drugs (Vital and Essential Drugs List) amounted to 1 billion 224 million 116 thousand rubles, the plan was overfulfilled.
Net profit in the amount of 51 million 324 thousand rubles was received. As a result of the plan implementation for this indicator, the Enterprise was able to direct most of the profit to finance the volume of capital investments made in 2015.
Today, the reconstructed facade of the administrative building has acquired a modern look, the design of the lobby has been changed, a set of works has been completed on the installation of a double-circuit automatic system through passage. The renovated conference room, renovated dining room, other rooms looks good to the eye with their comfort and cosiness.
In the near future, will begin a large-scale reconstruction of the plant for the production of liquid and lyophilized sterile medicines. A conceptual construction project is being developed under the GMP and GSP standards for the enterprise’s manufacture and storage complex with a total area of 14,000 sq. meters, commissioning of which is planned in 2018.
The solution to these problems became possible thanks to highly qualified personnel. More than 40 percent of the enterprise employees have specialized higher education, almost 30 percent have specialized secondary education. For comparison: in 2013, only 27 percent of employees were with higher education. In addition, 9 employees have a scientific degree.
In order to improve their skills, many specialists have been trained at Russian and foreign pharmaceutical companies. Already 69 people have improved their professional level this year. The acquired knowledge helps us to use new methods and technologies in work, which becomes the key to success and achievements, high business performance of the Enterprise.
Over the past year, due to the involvement of qualified young specialists, the Enterprise has undergone "rejuvenation" of the team. Today, the average age of employees is 42 years. (In 2013, it was 53 years old).
Due to the developed personnel motivation system, including career growth opportunities, decent financial rewards, favourable conditions for advanced training, various benefits, the Enterprise has virtually no labour turnover (2.6% per year). This parameter is an indicator of employees confidence in the future and their long-term cooperation with the Enterprise.
