On January 12, 2015, in Vienna (Austria), the Contract was signed on the development and modernization of the technology for the production of drugs (substances) between the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant and the Austrian pharmaceutical company ZETA Biopharma GmbH.
The signing ceremony was held at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the presence of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Austria S.Yu. Nechaev, the Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Austria E.V. Vasiliev, the Director of the Department for the Development of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Russian Federation O.N. Kolotilova, the Director of the Department for Cooperation with CIS Countries of the Federal Chamber of Economics of the Republic of Austria Michael Angerer and other officials.
From the Russian party the contract was signed by the director of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant M.Yu. Fonarev, and from the Austrian party, by the managing director of the pharmaceutical company ZETA Biopharma GmbH Alfred Markhler and Andreas Markhler.
Austrian specialists will perform a set of works under the contract connected with the use of the latest technologies for the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant, which will allow the Enterprise resume its own production of pharmaceutical substances from animal raw materials and finished dosage forms. This project is being implemented within the framework of the Strategy of development of the pharmaceutical industry of the Russian Federation up to 2020 approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
