ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE
Federal State Unitary Enterprise Moscow Endocrine Plant (hereinafter referred to as «Endopharm») is managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and is the largest state-owned medicinal product manufacturer in the country.
The Enterprise was established in 1943 and has a long history of successful operations in the development and production of medicinal products and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Today, Moscow Endocrine Plant includes 4 production sites, furnished with high-tech equipment from leading world manufactures, its own departments for scientific and pharmaceutical development, implementation and registration of medicines, a vivarium, an accredited testing laboratory and about 2000 specialists.
The Enterprise manufactures over 140 pharmaceutical products used in various fields of medicine in a wide range of dosage forms, as well as active pharmaceutical ingredients, standard samples and medical devices.
Endopharm is a domestic leader in production of analgesics of central action and also produces medicinal products used in anesthesiology, ophthalmology, cardiology, psychiatry, neurology, gynecology, gastroenterology and others, most of which are included in the list of vital and most important medicines.
A wide range of names and forms, high production culture and compliance with international quality standards make Endopharm’s products recognizable and marketable both across the Russian Federation and abroad.
INDUSTRIAL POTENTIAL
According to the international classification, FSUE "Moscow Endocrine Plant" belongs to the category of large manufacturers of the pharmaceutical industry.
In 2016, in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of Moscow dated February 11, 2016 No. 38-ПП "On Measures to Implement Industrial Investment Policy in the City of Moscow," the Interdepartmental Commission on Assignment, Confirmation and Termination of Statuses in the Field of Industrial and Investment Activities, the Enterprise was assigned the status "Industrial Complex" and was included into the Register of Investment Priority projects of Moscow.
The industrial capacity of the Enterprise is concentrated on the main production site in the central part of Moscow and 3 branches located in Moscow and the Bryansk region.
The company is equipped with production lines of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment for pharmaceutical production: GLATT, Romaco Macofar, IMA, CAM, Bosch, Optima, Optrel.
Highly qualified technologists, chemists, engineers, quality specialists, staff the production staff.
The development program of the Enterprise until 2024 is planned to reconstruct existing and build new production areas, develop scientific research and organize a full cycle of production of medicines, including active pharmaceutical ingredients, as well as manufacturing of medical products (individual autoinjectors for intramuscular introduction of medicines, etc.).
