By the Order of the President of the Russian Federation dated 06.04.2021 No. 195, the employees of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant – ENDOPHARM under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, were awarded with the Medal of the Order "Of Merit for Country of the II Degree" for their work achievements and long-term conscientious work.
Under the leadership of Yuri Andreevich, innovative automated systems for accounting, tax and management accounting have been introduced in ENDOPHARM, the introduction of an integrated automated economic management system is being completed, thanks to which all the services of the Enterprise interact in a single information space and are able to make effective decisions promptly. The standardization and unification of accounting processes made it possible to reduce the time required for calculating of tax liabilities and deductions, preparing of reports, and to raise the labour productivity of employees of the accounting service. The openness and transparency of the submitted reporting, the impeccable observance of financial discipline, ensured by Yuri Andreevich, is the basis for the economic stability of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant and the trust of counterparties.
For 15 years Elena Petrovna has been organizing the activities of the Enterprise for the marketing authorization of new medicines, active pharmaceutical ingredients, medical devices and maintaining of the authorization status of the current nomenclature in the Russian Federation and abroad. More than 50 medicines have been registered with the direct participation of Elena Petrovna, most of them belong to the list of vital and essential medicines (VED) approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Under the leadership of Elena Petrovna ENDOPHARM, which is an instrument of state policy of assurance of the country's drug safety, puts into production the original and generic drugs that are in demand by the healthcare system of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the state program of import substitution and the own strategy of the Enterprise, the management entrusted to Elena Petrovna to organize the authorization and implementation of the entire line of centrally acting analgesics recommended by the World Health Organization for the pain relief in palliative patients, including children's dosage forms and innovative non-invasive dosage forms - transdermal therapeutic systems. Timely implementation of the measures of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant program for the introduction and authorization of drugs under the responsibility of Elena Petrovna makes it possible to ensure the availability of necessary drugs for citizens, reduce dependence on imports, reduce the burden on the federal and regional budgets of the country and develop the export potential of the Enterprise.
Lyudmila Vladimirovna possesses expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, including in the field of legal regulation of the circulation of controlled drugs and substances. A socially significant mission in her area of responsibility in ENDOPHARM is interaction with federal executive authorities, professional medical associations and socially oriented non-profit organizations on improvement of the availability and quality of pain relief for citizens in need of it for medical reasons in the Russian Federation.
Lyudmila Vladimirovna made a significant contribution to the implementation of projects connected with the execution of the "Road Map" activities on increase of the availability of pain relief in palliative care, which resulted in an increase in the country as a whole in the estimated level of pain relief for patients in need by 9 times in 2020 compared to 2014. From 2019 till 2021 Lyudmila Vladimirovna organizes work on the implementation by the Enterprise of many administrative acts of the Government of the Russian Federation to provide citizens of the country with unregistered and defective medicinal products necessary for vital indications in treatment of oncological diseases, epilepsy and used in the therapy of COVID- 19 in children and adults.
Each direction of ENDOPHARM’s activity is, first of all, people whose painstaking joint work changes for the better the lives and destinies of hundreds of thousands of patients and their families in the Russian Federation.
The high appraisal of the activities of the employees of the FSUE Moscow Endocrine Plant, reflected in the Order of the President of the Russian Federation from 06.04.2021 No. 195, is an evidence of the correct direction of the development of the Enterprise and an incentive to new victories.
