Investment projects of the FSUE Endopharm, implemented in cooperation with The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, are aimed at ensuring the country's drug safety for a number of vital and socially significant drugs by organizing their full-cycle production.
By 2026, the Enterprise will organize a modern high-tech complex, including large-scale production of at least 60 domestic active pharmaceutical ingredients in the Pochep branch and further manufacturing of pharmaceuticals in various forms, including innovative ones, at the facilities of the Moscow branches of the FSUE Endopharm.
At the same time, the main focus in the development strategy is on strengthening competencies in scientific research of the Enterprise. Over the last 5 years, the investments of the FSUE Endopharm in science have grown 12 times. The Enterprise has developed and put into production more than 60 new drugs, at least 100 are planned to be developed by 2027.
Innovative development requires new approaches to staff training. FSUE Endopharm, together with 25 specialized educational organizations of the country, is working to ensure the training of a sufficient number of young specialists with competencies that are in demand in the scientific and production divisions of the Enterprise for the purposes of implementing investment projects.
Activities have several directions: specific training, participation in the development of training programs, organization of practical training and internships, creation of favorable conditions for the adaptation of the in-demand graduates into the divisions of the Enterprise.
In order to select promising young specialists, the Enterprise's employees are included in the exam committees of partner universities and take part in the final qualifying assessments as experts.
Daria Tuchapskaya, Deputy Director of the Pochep Branch for Science, and Irina Dorofeeva, Head of the Corporate and External Communications Department of the FSUE Endopharm, held more than 10 events in June 2023. During these events, about 450 third to fourth year students of in the fields of Chemistry, Fundamental and Applied Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology and Pharmacy got acquainted with the prospects of the Enterprise's development and the opportunities that it provides to young specialists.
The concentration of the intellectual potential of experienced and young specialists together with state-of-the-art research and production infrastructure are the main factors in the development of the competencies of the FSUE Endopharm. It is the factor that makes it possible to ensure the most effective implementation of the Enterprise's scientific development results in the products that are in-demand by the domestic healthcare system.
